The Candidate requires the following minimum qualification and profile:-
Good knowledge Microsoft Networking and SQL database
Knowledge of the Sugar Industry will be an advantage
Proven analytical skills
Able to work both independently and in a team
Possess planning and organisation skills
Results oriented
Maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity
Must have a valid Driving License
Main job responsibilities:
Provide technical remote and on-site support
Deliver in-house and on-site training
Install, Configure and Implement software products
Assist customers in the maintenance and update of software products
Participate in testing and enhancing software products
