Since the year 2000, importers and distributors of HARO laminated flooring, STIHL high pressure cleaners for the domestic market, and air-conditioners of the brand ACTIVAIR.

We were using a package which was satisfactory at a given time. However, with the rapid expansion and development of the group, we had to make way for a better information system. A committee was set up to study the different solutions. The professional presentation of SICORAX, as compared to the others, topped with the functionalities of the product, conducted us to choose SICORAX.

The initialization phase was a bit slow, but I must say that my collaborators rapidly got familiar with the SICORAX software. Afterwards, the system was extended to our After Sales Service department and we were pleasantly surprised with the simplicity and efficiency of the SICORAX solution, for managing such service.

Sicorax Gestion Commerciale is a very "user friendly" software, which adds great value to our enterprise and to the group. Today, we have more information than we used to. The SICORAX dashboard was intelligently thought, "one could believe as being in the command of an airplane".

The main advantages are: the graphical reports and the different comparison / progression analysis.

One of the great advantages of SICORAX Gestion Commerciale, is that the system has been able to successfully adapt to the specificities of our organization, as compared to the opposite. The implementation went on well and I am very satisfied with our choice. Uniconsults’ team listens to the problems of its clients/partners and manages to respond with quick adjustments.

We were using an Indian software, FACT. The deliveries and sales were previously managed under Excel and we decided to purchase an integrated system.

Compared to other solutions, SICORAX Gestion Commerciale, has a more complete set of reports, both in terms of figures and graphics. Additionally, the cost of the software suited our budget.

With SICORAX Gestion Commerciale, we have optimized our time. The reports are easily and rapidly available. Previously, I was the only one who had access to the reports and everyone used to come to me for the information that they required. Today, the various departments have become independent and the ten users no longer have to wait for me.

At Uniconsults’ premises, we followed a standard training covering SICORAX Gestion Commerciale general functionalities. Afterwards, we received all the necessary help to adapt our operations to SICORAX with the on-site support. I am glad to say that this has really worked.

Previously, we were using an Indian software, Octopus, which had become completely obsolete and slow. Additionally, some of the modules were no longer functional and we, unfortunately, had neither support nor product updates on Octopus. Then, a Sales Executive from Uniconsults contacted me for a demonstration of a business management solution. The functionalities of SICORAX appealed to me right away, and on top of that, Uniconsults offered us a Maintenance and Support Contract.

With SICORAX Gestion Commerciale, I now have more control and information is easily available through the central database. Online reports can be rapidly generated for precise and up-to-date information.

The training at Uniconsults premises was a good starting point and with the on-site support, we found solutions to practically all of our existing issues.
